Privacy Policy

UpTrend Chat stores account information required to operate the service, including name, email, subscription status and Telegram identifiers.

Payments

Payment details are collected and tokenized by Stripe. UpTrend Chat stores Stripe customer/payment-method identifiers and limited display metadata such as card brand, last four digits and expiration month/year. UpTrend Chat servers do not store full card numbers or CVC values.

When you connect Telegram, we store the chat identifier and, when available, Telegram username needed to deliver subscriber signals.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted transport, restricted secrets and third-party payment tokenization. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
